Process flow of shipment

Role / Timing	Action	Description
Merchant / When customer creates a purchase order form for goods	1. Create logistics order	Merchant please follow the instructions in “Create logistics order” below to create the logistics order. Special Note： It is recommended that when creating new orders, the transaction should be done in another newly opened window.
ECPAY	2. Logistics status notification	Once the logistics order has been created, ECPAY will send logistics status notification to (ServerReplyURL) from “Create logistics order.”
Merchant	3. Merchant drops off goods at logistics center	Merchant please drop off customer's purchased goods at a logistics center.
Logistics Center	4. Logistics status notification	The logistics center will notify ECPAY when the logistics status of the goods has been updated.
ECPAY	5. Logistics status notification	When the logistics status of the goods has been updated, Green World will send l logistics status notification to (ServerReplyURL) from “Create logistics order”.
Merchant	6. Based on the received logistics status updates, refresh order status on merchant's side.	Merchants please update order status based on the received logistics updates.
ECPAY / When goods arrive at the specified convenience store	7. Pickup SMS notification	Once the customer's goods have arrived at the specified convenience store, ECPAY will notify the customer via SMS for pickup.
